Don’t bother. Your better off getting treatment from your neighbours dog. Also very anti-patient (reverse racism perhaps idk but felt like it).I was bitten by a redback two days prior. Thought I could shake it off as I’m a man but I was progressively getting worse. On arrival they presume you have Covid. They have a list of about 15 x types of symptoms and if you have any they WILL turn you away. Alah!! I had proof of a negative test in my pocketOnce I explained the situation with the so called doctor he said it was viral. Gave me nothing and said next time we’ll do a phone consult. He didn’t even want to look at the bite.2nd opinion from my regular doctor (who was not available at the time) confirmed a bite and instantly got some medicine in meIf you care about your country don’t use this place, my lasting opinion is that they are only in this business to fleece Medicare. They should return the funds they got from Medicare for my visit. And the State/Federal government or AMA should investigate this place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY BABIES TO THIS PRACTICE! I recently moved to the area and on a Sunday my 16 month old came down with a temp of 38.4 and was so irritable and upset all day so I booked him in here, was the only place I could see open on a Sunday. Was in with the doctor for less than 2 minutes, asked me what the symptoms were, he checked his chest/airways and then told me he had a virus and to let his body fight it, when I asked more questions he rushed me along basically. He didn’t even check his temp or anything else!

Today they are closed because of Western power outages and not informed to me , had appointment today. Very disappointed

Made an appointment via phone. When I showed up they handed me a list of about 14 or 15 symptoms. I have a permanent slight cough that I've had for years (ie. NOT covid related) and was turned away even after explaining what it was TO A DOCTOR!! All of these questions could have been asked on the phone when I made the appointment but they chose to have drive half an hour to be turned away at the door. Don't bother!

Dr Manjula was rude and unprofessional. She did not even examine me before making a diagnosis and treatment plan. And when I asked questions she treated me like I was asking for her kidney. Then she refused to write me a certificate or prescribe medications. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be treated with UTTER DISRESPECT.

Dr Manjula Denkanikota absolutely lacked empathy , dismissed my concerns, was rude, short, had to explain my condition five times, was aggressive, literally got up and showed me the door without a diagnosis, refused surgery on me, I was left disgusted, afraid and urge e everyone not to seek her u unprofessional service . The worst doctor I have ever had.

Dr Shiva and Dr Manjula are very experienced and knowledgeable doctors. The practice has very nice ambiance and clean. The doctors listen patiently to the needs and help to find the best possible solution. Very good skin/GP clinic!

Definitely concur with other reviews in that they are rude. Particularly, the nurse woman who gives vaccinations. I have never met someone so openly rude to your face, it was as if my two year old son had slighted her in the worst way when he ran around the corner to get a book to read when we were waiting for her. I am astonished!!

The doctor we saw lacked empathy and care, and failed to make an important diagnosis, leaving my partner to suffer more pain for longer than he needed to. I am very disappointed in the level of patient care provided by the doctor here.
